"Always Impressed with Plant Quality"
The plants consistently show up looking fantastic and just like the photos. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

"The plants turned out to be smaller than I thought..."
The plants ended up being a fair bit smaller than I had anticipated. One of them arrived looking pretty rough and unfortunately, it was dead within a week. I do appreciate that the seller refunded me completely for that plant. The other two looked a tad healthier, but still quite a bit smaller than I was hoping for. On the bright side, I was pleased with the customer service. The packaging was solid. Sadly, I wouldn't buy from this seller again since the plants aren't quite up to par!

"Extremely let down"
I'm really let down. I placed an order for some plants right before Christmas, but they never showed up. I've tried reaching out through email and their website, but no one has gotten back to me. I spent close to £100. Now, I guess I’ll have to ask Paypal for a refund.

It's well-crafted, just as described in the XL size, and arrived in perfect shape. I appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging. For those considering a purchase, the drawers are quite spacious for goodies. It's solid and well-constructed. I would definitely recommend it!

I placed an order for some plants on June 2, 2022. Still waiting on my delivery. Can't find a phone number to call. I shot them an email to check on the delivery date. They got back to me saying my order was supposed to be shipped shortly after June 2, once they got the payment.

Fantastic plants that showed up in perfect condition. The communication was top-notch as well! One of the plants I wanted was out of stock, but I got my money back and was offered a chance to pick a different one. I was a bit hesitant about buying plants online, but this turned out to be a really pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be spreading the word and coming back for more.
